The last time we heard about the boutique condo at 175 West 10th Street, the team had debuted a video giving us a first-person look at the new development and its residences. Now, we have more than renderings to go by with the debut of model unit listing photos. To recap, the project is a 7-floor, 5-unit new development located in the coveted West Village and is expected to be completed at the end of this summer.
The Greystone-developed and BKSK Architects-designed red-brick building ditched their previous sales team at Douglas Elliman for another renowned name: The Serhant Team at Nest Seekers International. The two units on the market right now are both 2,702-square-feet with three-bedrooms and three-and-a-half baths. The key difference? Unit 2 is listed at $5.75M and Unit 5 at a hefty $7.2M. The floor plans appear to be the same except the second floor unit features 150 square feet of terrace space whereas unit 5 has just a 32-square-foot balcony but boasts slightly better views from the fifth flloor. Still, a $1.45M difference in price seems pretty steep.

Both available residences comprise two of the exclusive four floor-through homes in the development. Inside, you'll find diagonally-laid wide plank natural oak floors, recessed lighting, 10-foot-high ceilings, and luxury finishes throughout. An elevator opens directly into the foyer with discretely-placed storage closets. Further in, you are greeted by enormous open-concept living and dining room, and a kitchen which can be closed off by a custom-etched telescopic glass wall. As always, there are oversized windows which flood the spaces with natural light.
Kitchens are modernly designed with warm-toned oak cabinetry, Calacatta gold marble slab countertops and backsplash, a huge central island, and top-notch Gaggenau appliances. The homes' most notable feature is perhaps the dine-in solariums with stone flooring and direct access to the balconies, which provides north and west views.
Master bedrooms were crafted as sanctuaries and placed away from the other two bedrooms. The master baths are also seriously decked out with Calacatta Crema marble walls, Fior Di Bosco marble floors, dual vanity sinks, pendant lighting, radiant heated floors, a glass-enclosed steam shower, and a separate marble soaking tub. Other bedrooms also have en-suite bathrooms.
