CityRealty typically profiles listings and transactions related to celebrities' NYC homes at the beginning of each month, but some bold-faced names were found among the 625 sales listings that experienced price cuts in the past week. A Central Park co-op once owned by the late shock jock Don Imus has been reduced by $5.5 million. (Side note: For one who pushed the envelope on the air as much as he did, he had highly traditional taste in New York real estate.) A penthouse in Delos Residences, a health-conscious condominium that counted Leonardo DiCaprio among its residents, underwent a 23.1% price cut. And while NoMad condo 172 Madison does not count any celebrities among its residents, "Le Penthouse" took on a star status of its own when it hit the market for $98 million last summer. It was reduced by $22 million last week.
