By now we know that 443 Greenwich Street's marketing campaign has really paid off. Public records indicate that A-list residents of the "paparazzi-proof" building include Meg Ryan, Jennifer Lawrence, Harry Styles, and power couples like Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds and Jessica Biel and Justin Timberlake. So why have all these celebrities flocked to the landmarked Tribeca condominium? Let's explore.

Finally, Metroloft started the process to develop 53 condos – 45 loft-style homes and 8 penthouses – and enlisted the award-winning Cetra Ruddy Architects (Walker Tower, One Madison) to spruce up the facade and update the interiors.
