Actress Demi Moore has finally sold her incredible San Remo penthouse for $45 million, reports The Real Deal. The 17-room triplex is perched atop the building’s south tower and is the biggest sale ever in the long-admired Central Park West building. Over the years, the building has been home to an unparalleled list of A-list celebrities and notable personalities that have included Steve Jobs, Barry Manilow, Tiger Woods, Steven Spielberg and Dustin Hoffman, to name a few. See a list of all the celebs who have called the building home here.
Moore purchased the 7,000-square-foot spread for a reported $7 million in 1990 when she was married to now ex-husband Bruce Willis. The 6-bedroom pad is styled in a “Southwestern Mission motif” distinguished by cherry wood accents. The “public level” features double-height foyer with a grand staircase, while the uppermost “entertaining floor” leads out to an envious 1,500-square-foot terrace with sweeping views of Central Park and the city.

The home initially debuted on the market two years ago with an ask of $75 million. There are two other opportunities to buy in the building: Unit #1G is a 2-bed/ 2-bath priced at $3.15M and Unit #9F is a 3-bed/ 3-bath priced at $4.99 million. Both apartments recently experienced dramatic price cuts of more than 10%.
