Broadway star Lexi Lawson of Lin-Manuel Miranda's acclaimed and Tony-winning musical Hamilton has just moved into a 2-bedroom, 2.5 bathroom residence at Manhattan View at MiMA. The actress, who stars as Eliza Hamilton, is just walking distance from her job at the Richard Rodgers Theatre on West 46th Street. MiMA, the 63-story mixed-use tower in Hell's Kitchen, launched sales back in May and currently has 31 listings on the market - 14 of which are in contract. The luxury building, located at 460 West 42nd Street between Dyer Avenue and Tenth Avenue, has both rental and condo residences. However, the Manhattan View collection starts on the 51st level and occupies the top 12 floors. Co-developers Kuafu Properties and SCG America brought NYC-based interior designer Jamie Drake of Drake / Anderson to devise the luxury residences.
