This just in: Brian Williams, longtime journalist and news anchor, has sold his apartment at One Beacon Court, the full-block building on the cusp of Midtown East and the Upper East Side that has also attracted Jack Welch, Steve Cohen, and Beyonce in the past. Public records list an LLC as the buyer, but Crain’s New York Business identified them as Nader Naini, managing partner at Seattle-based buyout firm Frazier Healthcare Partners. The publication also pointed out that Mr. Williams is making a profit on the sale, having bought his apartment for $3.1 million in 2005.
