The 82 condo sales recorded totaled $421,670,214 with Ken Griffin's record purchase accounting for more than half the total sum. The aggregate condo median price came in at $1,070,750 or an average PPSF of $1,676. The 101 co-op sales recorded totaled $119,224,681 and came in at a median price of $798K.
