The new seven-story, 31-unit condominium project at 610 Warren Street appears to be nearing completion, according to recent construction site photos. The building, dubbed Six Ten Warren, is joining a slew of luxury condos in Brooklyn's up-and-coming neighborhood, Boerum Hill. The building's prime location will give future residents quick access to Park Slope, Carroll Gardens, Gowanus, and the D/N/R trains on Atlantic Avenue. Issac & Stern are behind the design and Adam America Real Estate are serving as the developers.
The residences are comprised of one- to four-bedrooms, including townhouse-style garden duplexes and triplex penthouse homes. Some residences will feature private outdoor space. A one-bedrooms unit has already sold for $1M and now there are only three units left: 2 three-bedroom apartments, starting at $1.9M, and a penthouse with an asking price of $2.75M.

Six Ten Warren features a Kolumba brick facade with 9' x 8' windows surrounded in black granite and decorative brass entry panels. The interiors are designed by Paris Forino, an acclaimed Australian designer who specializes in blending traditional and modern aesthetics. For this project, she anchored each home with custom kitchens with Brazilian Arabescato-honed countertops and spa-like baths with Sivec marble wall tiles and built-in soaking tubs.
The building offers an attended lobby with a part-time doorman and virtual concierge, a residents lounge highlighted by custom patterned flooring and a billiards table, and an amenity floor with a fitness room, children's playroom, and pet spa. The landscaped roof deck includes a grilling station and plenty of space to lounge, entertain, or take in skyline views. It also seems the developers are betting on electric cars being a favorite among new homebuyers since 10 EV charging stations are featured in the private parking garage.
