Hopestreet's latest mixed-use condominium project The Hendrik has recently topped off construction at six stories. The building, at 509 Pacific Street, is situated on the corner of Third Avenue in Boerum Hill, a neighborhood benefiting from its close proximity to the Barclays Center and well, just about everything.
Beyer Blinder Belle designed the handmade gray brick-clad building which will house a total of 33 apartments and 55,449 square feet of residential space. Spacious condos are definitely called for. The building will also bring an additional 26,000 square feet of retail to the area, located on the ground and cellar levels.

Construction is progressing rather quickly as the developers are aiming for occupancy by the end of 2017. The building, which occupies half the block, launched sales in May and already has eight of its listings in contract, leaving seven up for grabs - three of which are penthouse units. Two-bedrooms start at $1.695M, three-bedrooms at $2.995M and four-bedrooms at $3.195M.
Residences were inspired by minimalist design and will feature over 10-foot-tall ceilings, 7-inch wide hand-selected white oak hardwood flooring, and necessary 8-foot Wausau windows which will reduce the exterior noise of the busy neighborhood. Building amenities include a 24-hour doorman, a rooftop terrace with Downtown Brooklyn views, attended residential parking, a lounge, library, children's playroom, fitness room and bike storage.
