Back In January, plans were filed for a new residential building to be built at 233 Buffalo Avenue between Sterling and Park Place in Brooklyn. Now, Samuel Wieder Associates has shared a rendering of the proposed residence. Located in Crown Heights near the 3/4/5 trains, this 4-story rental building will hold 9 apartments including two duplex penthouses. The average apartment size will measure about 675 square feet and DOB permits indicate that six of the units will have private balconies, and that there will be a 225-square foot recreation space within the building. JIH Builders Group is the developer of the 8,906-square foot project, and Diego Aguilera is listed as the architect of record. The new building replaces a 2-story townhouse that was demolished for the project.
