Just last week, Strategic Capital of China Construction America hosted a groundbreaking ceremony for Park and Shore, the real estate investment firm’s Jersey City two-building condominium development. The adjacent properties, situated at 2 Shore Lane and 75 Park Lane, will bring a total of 429 condos to the area, along with a full suite of top-tier amenities. Each will offer a unique set of residences with access to an unbeatable Hudson River waterfront location.
Architecture and interior design firm Woods Bagot has carefully designed both buildings to bring their own individual aesthetics to the neighborhood. 75 Park Lane, a 37-story tower, is promised to be the new focal point of Jersey City’s condominium lifestyle with a crisp and elegant facade. The tower will host 358 residences ranging from studios to three-bedroom penthouses, with some offering unparalleled views of the river and Manhattan.
The sister building will stand at 2 Shore Lane and bring 71 one- and two-bedroom residences to the development. Dubbed Shore House, the building will top out at 8 stories and feature a “nouveau industrial aesthetic” reminiscent of structures in Tribeca and Brooklyn.

Amenities inside the buildings will include a private swimming pool, a state-of-the-art fitness center and spa, a rooftop lounge, a children’s playroom, a game room, a golf simulator, a wine tasting lounge with a private dining room, a multimedia lounge, and a conference room. Situated alongside one of Jersey City’s newest and most beautifully landscaped public parks, the location will offer residents a wonderful outdoor experience.
Sales for the condominiums are expected to begin in early 2017, with closings at Shore House projected for late 2018 and 75 Park Lane following in late 2019. Prices for one-bedrooms in both buildings are set to begin at $650,000 (a price-point much higher than the current area median of $320,000, according to Curbed). The Jersey City development will stand just steps from the PATH train and ferries, making for an easy and breezy commute to Manhattan.
