Over three years after entering contact, Grammy Award-winning musician Sting has closed on his apartment in the “villa” portion of 220 Central Park South originally listed for $70 million. The Real Deal broke the news and noted that he and wife Trudie Styler (not pictured) sold their apartment up the street at 15 Central Park West for $50 million at the end of last year.
