Michael Paul Enterprises has been sprinking the Upper East Side and Midtown East with stately limestone condominiums that are boutique in size but grand in details. The firm's latest ground-up project at
227 East 67th Street is a 6-floor, 5-unit building where all homes are outfitted with keyed elevator entrances and private outdoor space. Sales are being handled by the Serhant Team, which just revealed the building will be called The Jacqueline.

The Jacquieline was designed by C3D Architecture and boasts a stately exterior with regularized fenestration. Homes are outfitted with coffered ceilings, in-unit washer/dryers, radiant-heated bathroom floors and state-of-the-art kitchen appliances. Building amenities are to include a part-time doorman, storage and a fitness center.
Sales are set to officially launch later this fall and prices of its full-floor to duplex homes begin at $4.5 million. Bedrooms face quiet, tree-lined East 67th Street while the open living, dining and kitchen spaces are bathed with soft northern light. The ground level unit is a 3-bedroom duplex with a cellar-level recreation room, living spaces and a large garden on the first floor, and its three bedrooms perched on the level above. Units two through five will all be two-bedroom residences, each provided with rear-facing balconies and a large storage room that could be used as a private office, and the penthouse unit is provided with a sprawling, 1,500-square-foot private roof deck. Check out the floor plans in the gallery above.
