A new teaser site has debuted for Morris Adjmi’s latest condominium, located at 207 West 29th Street in the Upper West Side-Central Park West Historic District. Developer Anbau Enterprises purchased the property for $39 million in 2015, and tapped MA Architects for both exterior and interior design. Now, nearly two months after the site’s groundbreaking ceremony, the building is steadily rising and will ultimately top out at 13 floors. Dubbed 207W79, the building will seek LEED certification, and expected occupancy is Fall 2017.

The pre-war inspired building will feature a brick exterior with columns of unique embellishments interspersed between casement windows. Inside, the building will have 19 residences ranging from two- to five-bedroom layouts. Each will feature expansive windows, state-of-the-art kitchens, and views of the charming and historic neighborhood.
207W79 will have a fully-attended resident lobby with a 24-hour doorman, a fitness center, private storage, and a bike room. A portion of the building's base will have a windowed retail storefront, which transitions nicely from the building's facade in renderings. Its location is in one of New York’s most sought-after neighborhoods, and future residents will be able to boast they live only one block west of the American Museum of Natural History.
