The project was four stories tall back in June, making the construction schedule right on time for a early 2017 delivery. 100 Norfolk Street will house 38 condominium units, averaging a roomy 1,124 square feet apiece and ranging from studios up to a five-bedroom penthouse. Building amenities will include a fitness center, a yoga room, a common rooftop deck, a garden lounge, private residential storage, and bike storage.
Three units remain on the market ranging from a 745 square foot 1-bed/1.5-bath for $1.45 million to an eleventh floor, 3-bed / 3.5-bath unit for $4.4 million. The average price per square foot in the building of the 26 residences that hit the market is $1,841 per square foot. According to our latest monthly market data, the average closing price of a Lower East Side condo stands at $1,485 per square, roughly even when compared to the same period last year.
