Jason Wisotsky's Four Corners Development Group is listed as the developer and, according to city records, purchased the property for $795,000 last year.
Joshua Felix of J Goldman Design is the project's designer and Joseph A. Mucciolo is the architect of record. The revamped 45-foot tall building will sport a new eye-catching facade that combines its existing ornate details with a modern touch of wooden louvers scaling up one face of its street-front elevation. Interiors are modern, and rustic woods and copper-colored fixtures are juxtaposed with sleek contemporary finishes.
