The Sutton, the 30-story tower in development by Toll Brothers City Living at 959 First Avenue, is nearing completion. Designed by Incorporated NYC and Goldstein, Hill, & West, the large tower rises tall against its shorter, five-story neighbors, and features a strong dark base below an assorted light red facade. The Sutton boasts roman-style hand-laid brick across all elevations of the façade and bands of gridded windows grouped in sets of two. Completion for the tower has been slated for this year, and leasing for the building’s 90 units began in February.
