It was designed by Loci Architecture and has 8 floors and 115 condominiums. It boasts refined amenities and a thoughtful design that is also environmentally sensitive. The units in the building vary in size, from studios to three bedrooms, and 61 units are currently listed on CityReaty, though only 11 are not in contract.
The New York Times recently reported that 60 percent of units in the building have been sold, and that studios are entirely sold out. Still available are six 1-bedrooms starting from $669,000 (Unit 514), four 2-bedrooms starting from $978,000 (Unit 208), and one three-bedroom for $1.489M (Unit PH8). Still a central location, the area has seen several new developments including many new retail options along 125th Street, which is only blocks away. For transportation, the building is close to several subways including the 2/3 and B/C.
