Williamsberry is now nearing completion and just five of its sixty-three units remain for sale. Named in tribute to its address at 338 Berry Street in Williamsburg, the structure is an 8-story residential conversion of the former 7-story Tung Fa Noodle factory. Mona Gora-Friedman purchased the site in 2005 for $12 million, and tapped DXA Studio as the architect for conversion and Paris Forino for interior design. The condominium building is a handsome, gray industrial building with a one-story sawtooth solar panel addition set back on top, and is set to open this year.

There are five apartments left for sale at Williamsberry: a studio for $625,000, two 1-bedroom units from $899,000, a two-bedroom for $1.75 million, and a three-bedroom for $1.995 million.
Residences will be spacious and feature exposed columns and beams, wide-plank oak floors, Italian built-in wardrobes, up to 13-foot-high ceilings, and soaring windows. Open gourmet kitchens will feature white Italian millwork, rose-gold hardware, Bertazzoni cook tops, and vein-cut Danby marble countertops and backsplashes. Master baths will be outfitted in Nero Marquina marble and Dolomite mosaic tile. The building’s penthouse will offer three exposures and dramatic views to the south.
The lobby will greet residents in splendor with its copper accents, iron doors, and Moroccan mosaic tiles. The building will also feature a fitness center, a roof deck with an indoor lounge, a garden, and a fire pit. More amenities and services include a doorman, a concierge, a resident super, a pet spa, private storage, bicycle storage, and cold storage.
Situated just north of the Williamsburg Bridge, Williamsberry will offer residents much to do in its unique and bustling neighborhood. The area is renowned both for its fun nightlife scene and for Smorgasburg, the large food market that takes over Brooklyn on weekends.
