Chelsea29, a 21-story rental tower inspired by its namesake neighborhood’s industrial lofts, recently launched leasing for the 70 brand new apartments at 221 West 29th Street, located between Seventh and Eighth Avenue.

The building was constructed through the Inclusionary Housing Program and, in addition to market-rate units, includes a number of affordable units too.
