A registration website has launched for the new 12-story rental at 181 Front Street in DUMBO, Brooklyn. The site announces a spring 2017 leasing launch for the 105-unit rental building and also includes several new renderings of the project from co-developers Megalith Capital Management and Urban Realty Partners. The property will offer one, two and three bedroom residences that the website says will feature premium finishes and appliances. It will have a 24-hour attended lobby and amenities will include a fitness center, roof deck, children's playroom and on-site parking.
The building is designed by Aufgang Architects and topped out last summer. Pricing for market-rate apartments will reportedly range between $3,000 and $6,000 per month. It was constructed through the Inclusionary Housing Program and twenty percent of units are designated as affordable for New Yorkers making up to 60% of the area median income.
