At 60 Fulton Street in the Financial District, just a few blocks south of Manhattan's entrance to the Brooklyn Bridge, a new
art-themed luxury residential building is making its debut. Its name, Exhibit, represents a unique living experience created for residents; a collection of more than 100 pieces of art from notable creators, including photographers and designers, is on display throughout the building.
The private collection was curated by Jody Britt of Britt Fine Art Consulting, whose vision of iconic and rare photography pays homage to a time in Manhattan when "music, art and pop culture exploded and creative expression flourished." Much of the art appears in common areas and has been paired with a "daring" interior design by Andres Escobar.

The 23-story luxury residence kicked-off leasing in 2017 for the 120 units, which come in studio to two-bedroom layouts; some have additional living space that can be used for a home office or to create an extra bedroom.
Leasing is handled by the Heller Organization and many listings offer two months of free rent on new leases. Studios start at $2,525/month, one-bedrooms at $3,700/month and two-bedrooms at $5,250/month. Heller Organization. The building was designed by Hill West Architects.
