The properties are located at East 69th Street and First Avenue on the Upper East Side, and availabilities include a pair of two-bedrooms, priced at $3,085/month and $3,215/month, and a three-bedroom priced at
$4,465/month. The units include hardwood floors, spacious living rooms and recessed lighting. Open kitchens have black and white cabinetry, custom paneled refrigerators, and stainless steel ovens, microwaves and dishwashers. White tiled bathrooms have black vanities and glass enclosed showers.
Building renovations also extend to hallways and lobbies. There is a live-in superintendent and though there aren't lifestyle amenities within the building, plenty of options are in the immediate area for shopping, dining, fitness and more, including laundry service located directly across the street.
