The new 25-story upscale rental building at 1050 Sixth Avenue has launched leasing for its 62 open concept residences ranging from studios to two-bedroom layouts. The building called ML House is adjacent to the nearly 10-acre Bryant Park in the heart of Midtown close to Times Square, Grand Central Terminal and Rockefeller Center. The ground-up building is a project from Skyline Developers which worked with Gene Kaufman for the design.
Homes come in a variety of layouts and pricing starts at $3,225/month for a studio and ranges to $14,500/month for a penthouse with private outdoor space overlooking the park. Citi Habitats handles leasing and marketing; contact the team on the official ML House website.
Homes have wide plank Northern White Oak hardwood flooring, open layout floor plans, floor-to-ceiling windows, and a selection of residences offer private outdoor space. Amenities at ML House include an indoor/outdoor terrace, fitness center, and concierge services by Luxury Ataché.
Kitchens come equipped with custom white lacquer cabinetry, blue caesarstone countertops, a cream mosaic limestone backsplash and polished chrome fixtures. Appliances are from Bosch and include a gas range cooktop; wine coolers are in select homes. Bathrooms are designed with lacquer vanities that include custom vessel sinks, limestone tile flooring, polished stone mosaic showers and Kaldewei tubs. All two-bedroom residences include a washer/dryer.
The building is one of two recent residential projects near Bryant Park. Last year, sales launched at a newly developed condominium known as The Bryant at 16 West 40th Street and remaining units are priced between $2.5 to $16.3 million.
Nearby, the large 25-story, 320-unit rental building known as The Vogue, just a coupe blocks from ML House, has listings for studios from $2,997/month, one-bedrooms from $3,357/month and two-bedrooms from $4,307/month. The condominium known as Bryant Park Tower has two one-bed/one-bath residences listed for sale; Residence 40C is listed for $850,000 and Residence 42E is listed for $1.24 million. It has several units listed for rent including a studio for $3,000/month (Unit 39D) and a one-bedroom for $4,450/month (Unit 40E).
