Related Offers Complimentary Move-In Service to Tribeca Rentals

Over the past year or so, concessions in the form of a month or two of free rent have become almost commonplace in the New York rental market. Related Rentals, however, has taken this phenomenon to a new level with its latest offer: For a limited time, renters who sign a new lease at Tribeca Park, Tribeca Tower, or Tribeca Green will receive complimentary, white-glove move-in service. Related will book movers from vetted, pre-approved companies, coordinate internet and cable installation, schedule elevator service, help with packing, and stock the kitchen. New tenants can also receive up to a $2,500 MasterCard gift card.

All three buildings in the offer are doorman buildings that welcome pets. Their location in one of New York's most sought-after neighborhoods puts them in close proximity to some of the city's best restaurants, shopping, schools, fitness, and a host of transportation options.

Tribeca Park (400 Chambers Street) is a luxurious riverside building designed by Robert A.M. Stern. Its generously proportioned apartments have kitchens with granite countertops, marble baths, and customized closets. An extensive amenities package includes a rooftop sun deck, indoor pool, state-of-the-art fitness center, sculpture garden, private lawn, and children’s playroom. One-bedrooms start at $4,340/month, and two-bedrooms start at $7,005/month.

At 52 stories, Tribeca Tower (105 Duane Street) is the tallest rental building in the neighborhood. All apartments have fabulous city views, gourmet kitchens with stainless steel appliances, and marble baths. Amenities include an entertainment lounge, sun terrace, indoor pool, fitness center, and business center. Studios start at $3,730/month; one-bedrooms start at $4,485/month; and two-bedrooms start at $7,780/month.

Tribeca Green

Tribeca Green (325 North End Avenue) takes its name from its LEED Gold certification and commitment to the environment. The spacious apartments’ kitchens are equipped with Energy Star-rated appliances, and other features include marble baths and oak parquet floors. Amenities include a swimming pool, fitness center, children’s playroom, business center, and bike room. One-bedrooms start at $4,700/month; two-bedrooms start at $6,985/month; and three-bedrooms start at $10,095/month.
