Carter's Review

This attractive 17-story building at 330 East 57th Street has a Mocha Cr¿me limestone façade with broad large reflective blue windows and dark blue-green spandrels that extend slightly into the side limestone piers.

Cesidio del Rio of Madrid and Arquitectonica are the architects and Francisco Rubio is the developer.

The building, which was completed in 2008, is just to the east of the limestone-clad apartment building at 322 West 57th Street, which is one of the city's most luxurious with double-height living rooms.

The building has a setback at the 15th floor.

There are 13 full-floor residences and a duplex penthouse.

The apartments have 9-foot-six-inch-high ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows, three bedrooms, laundry rooms with Whirlpool washers and dryers, maple flooring, and private keyed elevator entry.

Kitchens have recessed overhead lighting, under cabinet light, Pietra Cardosa granite countertops, SubZero refrigerators, Miele cooktops and rangehoods, Viking ovens, and GE Monogram wine coolers, dishwashers and microwaves. Master bathrooms have Gascogne Blue polished marble walls and honed marble floors and Kohler Whirlpool Tea for Two bathtubs.

The lobby has Burma teak wood and marble and a concierge and there is a garden. The building also has a club room and two roof terraces and private storage.

The building is close to the entrance to the upper roadway of the Queensborough Bridge.
