Carter Horsley's Review of 333 East 53rd Street

Carter Horsley's Building Review
"Close to the popular and attractive Sutton Place and Beekman Place districts, this 13-story, red-brick building was converted to a cooperative in 1983. Located midblock on a sidestreet between Second and First Avenues, this 162-unit structure has recessed wings that allow it have corner bay windows in many apartments. The attractive building's top is setback creating some terraces. Amenities include a new central laundry room, bike and storage rooms, fitness center, and planted roof deck with unbelievable city views.

Close to midtown, this area abounds in restaurants and has excellent neighborhood shopping. Although the avenues have a lot of traffic, the sidestreets are relatively quiet and the area is well served by public transportation." Read Carter's Full Review
