The site, previously home to Nabisco's headquarters and the nightclub Lavo, was quietly acquired by Related in one of the largest real estate deals of 2023. Demolition is already underway, with the full teardown expected to take around nine months.

Designed by SLCE Architects, the building will reach 1,220 feet to its highest occupied floor, making it one of the city's tallest residential structures. The project will feature 101 residences with sweeping views of Central Park and the city skyline, as well as a 39-car garage for residents.
