This attractive boutique, 6-story condominium apartment building at 323 East 52nd Street between Second and First avenues in Turtle Bay was completed in 2019 and has four units. 

The building, which is known as La Maison, was gut rehabilitated and had a floor added  by Private Luxury Collections.  

It was designed by RMBA Architects.

A modern, 6-story townhouse with just four apartments on a tree-lined street in Turtle Bay.

Description

The red-brick, mid-block building has sidewalk landscaping and a varied fenestration pattern of floor-to-ceiling windows.
