Carter’s Review

"This attractive, 21-story, red-brick apartment building on the northeast corner at Second Avenue was erected in 1960 and converted to a cooperative in 1980.

With a central east Midtown location, the building is a short walk to the many major office buildings on Third Avenue and is not too far from the Beekman Place neighborhood and the United Nations Park. The building is well-proportioned with several setbacks and terraces at its top."
