Plans include approximately 15,000 square feet of retail space with double-height ceilings at the base, as well as attended parking. It has already earned critical acclaim and several design awards including the 2017 American Architecture Prize, The PLAN Award 2017, a 2015 SARA National Design Award and an Architecture Podium citation in the International Architecture Awards.
