The building, which is known as Carnegie Mews, has a two-story limestone base with a concierge, a large entrance marquee, a large lobby and a revolving front door."

This "hidden gem in midtown" earns raves for its "unbeatable" Columbus Circle location, offering "spectacular views" and "spacious" apartments that are "quiet and comfortable." The "incredibly professional" staff treats residents "better than family," while the "well-maintained" building provides a welcoming atmosphere just steps from Central Park, multiple subway lines and city attractions. Though the structure may be "dated," the "efficient" amenities and "friendly community" make this a coveted address where "coming home is a very pleasant experience." The building's prime position means some typical Manhattan street noise, but residents agree it's a small trade-off for this "luxury doorman" building's numerous perks.
