Carter’s Review

"This attractive, yellow- and beige-brick, 20-story apartment building has 360 rental apartments.

It is across the street from the twin-towered, mixed-use building on which construction began in 2001 to replace the former New York Coliseum on Columbus Circle. It is also close to the John Jay College of Criminal Justice, St. Luke's-Roosevelt Hospital, Lincoln Center and Columbus Circle."

Broker & Resident Comments

This "mixed-use marvel" offers "surprisingly spacious" apartments in a "prime location" that "can't be beat." The "friendly doormen" provide "attentive service," while the building's position offers "easy access to transportation" and is "steps from Central Park." Though some gripe about "ongoing renovations" and "management responsiveness," most praise the "generous floor plans" that are "hard to find at this price point." The building's "convenient proximity" to Whole Foods and other amenities makes it a "practical choice" for those seeking value in a "premium location."
