This attractive, 12-story building at 360 West 36th Street between Eighth and Ninth avenues in the Garment District was erected in 1926.
It was converted to a residential co-operative in 1962 and has 26 apartments.
It was designed by Parker & Shaffer which also designed the 19-story Master Printers Building at 460 West 34th Street.
This building is known as The Courant, named after the Hartford Courant newspaper empire.
