Carter's Review

One of the most attractive buildings along Eighth Avenue, The Marc at 900 Eighth Avenue between 53rd and 54th Streets was developed in 2004 by Joseph Moinian and designed by Frank Williams.

The 43-story rental apartment tower, which is also known as 239 West 53rd Street, has 394 units.

It is two blocks south of the Hearst Building and not far from the Time Warner Center and Central Park. It is also convenient to the Theater District.

Bottom Line

This very attractive rental apartment tower with a rare illuminated tower has many amenities and good location just a few blocks south of Columbus Circle.
