This attractive rental apartment building was erected in 2004 by the Gotham Organization and designed by Costas Kondylis.

It is known as The Nicole and is located at 400 West 55th Street.

The 20-floor building has 150 apartments.

The building has a rusticated stone first floor, a garden terrace, a full-time doorman, a concierge, a gym, complimentary bicycle storage, and some terraces. It is pet friendly and kitchens have GE stainless steel appliances.

It has floor-to-ceiling corner windows in some homes and three distinct kinds of closets, double hung, walk-in and linen closets. Kitchens have Sienna Wild Apple Wood cabinetry and track lighting and some apartments have windows in the kitchens.

It is convenient to the Theater District and the Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts.
