Carter's Review

It is 14 stories tall and was erected in 1926.
It is on a very attractive block that is convenient to Columbia University and the Cathedral Church of St. John The Divine.

Flanked by two very attractive buildings, this large pre-war building is one of the nicest on Cathedral Parkway.

The doorman building has a canopied, one-step-up entrance with a rusticated limestone surround and sidewalk landscaping.
The beige-brick building has a one-story limestone base, a bandcourse above the first and third floors, some balconies and a cornice.
It has some protruding air-conditioners.
