Carter's Review

This handsome, mid-block, pre-war, cooperative apartment building at 535 West 110th Street between Broadway and Amsterdam Avenue has about 140 units and is very close to a subway station and Riverside Park.

It is 14 stories tall and was erected in 1926.

It is on a very attractive block that is convenient to Columbia University and the Cathedral Church of St. John The Divine.

Bottom Line

Flanked by two very attractive buildings, this large pre-war building is one of the nicest on Cathedral Parkway.

It has some protruding air-conditioners.
