Carter’s Review

"This attractive, two-building apartment complex at 25 Bruckner Boulevard at Lincoln Avenue in the Mott Haven neighborhood in the Bronx was erected in 2017 by Carnegie Management, which had converted the former piano factory in the Clock Tower Building in 2002.

The complex has 130 rental units in two buildings, most in the longer, 6-story building on the boulevard.  One is named “The Staccato” and the other named “The Legato” and the development is known as The Crescendo.   The area was once known as the city’s piano district because it had many manufacturers of pianos."
