Bottom Line

A modest, mid-block building with a handsome Art Deco-style entrance surround, fire-escapes and large entry foyers.

The white-brick building has an attractive, Art Deco-style entrance surround with a canopy, a balustraded roofline and the façade has two fire-escapes.
