"This 16-story rental apartment building at 141 East 33rd Street was designed in 1960 by Hyman Isaac Feldman whose other buildings in Manhattan include the Parker Crescent at 221-235 East 36th Street, the Park Lane Tower at 185 East 85th Street. the Parker Tower at 3 Sheridan Square, the John Adams at 101-115 West12th Street and 799 Park Avenue and LaGuardia Houses.

The red-brick building has a one-story white stone base, a doorman, discrete air-conditioners and some terraces. Kitchens have stainless steel appliances and granite countertops."
