Carter Horsley
Review of 201 East 28th Street by Carter Horsley

This large, 20-story, white-brick apartment building is a very convenient to the Midtown South business district and the popular Flatiron District with its many fashionable restaurants and stores. Madison Square Park with its famous skyscrapers is just a few blocks away from this 248-unit, doorman building that was erected in 1966 and converted to a cooperative in 1982. There are some good views from the upper floors. A local subway station is nearby and cross-town buses run on 23rd and 34th Streets.
