Carter’s Review

"This pleasant, 16-story, white brick apartment building at 333 East 34th Street was erected in 1961 and converted to condominium apartments in 2003.

The tunnel area near the East River was significantly redeveloped in the late 1980s and the 1990s with many high-rise luxury apartment buildings that are north of "Hospital Alley" and south of the United Nations complex on First Avenue."
