At this time, they require four copies to go to board members before they will issue the waiver. Astor Place is where several neighborhoods meet, so it is perfectly situated between NoHo, the East Village, and Greenwich Village. The 6-train and the N/R subways are on the same block as the apartment and every possible amenity is available within easy walking distance. Some of the neighborhood`s best restaurants are: Indochine, Butter, and Il Cantinori.
