Carter Horsley's Review of 10 East 70th Street

Carter Horsley's Building Review
"The Frick Collection is arguably the most impressive museum in the United States and this mid-block apartment building is across from its very elegant entrance and from a distinguished row of mansions, many of which are used by several of the city's most prominent art galleries such as Berry-Hill, Knoedler and Hirsch & Adler..

It has a canopied entrance, a doorman, sidewalk landscaping, a garage, very discrete air-conditioners and some terraces. It has no balconies, no health club and no roof deck." Read Carter's Full Review
