Carter's Review
This attractive, pale beige-brick, 22-story apartment building is a cooperative.
It has a one-story polished red granite base, a canopied entrance with sidewalk landscaping, several terraces, a doorman, some protruding air-conditioners, a garage, and basement storage, but no balconies, no health club and no roof deck.
This is a prime location in the heart of the Upper East Side. There are many good restaurants and excellent shopping in the vicinity and it is not far from the fashionable boutiques of Madison Avenue.
There is good cross-town bus service on 72nd Street, but the nearest subways are at 67th and 77th Streets and Lexington Avenue.
