The apartments are spacious and well-appointed, often featuring wood-burning or gas fireplaces, expansive living and dining rooms, libraries, eat-in kitchens, and staff quarters. Notable examples include the 10th-floor unit with three bedrooms, a 24-foot living room with a gas fireplace, a library, a 19-foot dining room, a 27-foot kitchen, a laundry room, and a maid’s room.

The building also has a rich history, having been home to notable residents like Mrs. Lucien H. Tyng, who was celebrated for her contributions to the arts and her role in New York society during the early 20th century.
