Carter’s Review

"One of the best sidestreet buildings on the Upper East Side, this mid-block, red-brick building was erected in 1935 and converted to a cooperative in 1954.

The building has a doorman and extensive, fenced landscaping and a step-down, canopied entrance. The 11-story building has 38 units. It permits protruding air-conditioners and has consistent fenestration except for the lower half a window on the second floor from the top."
