This attractive, white-brick building at 30 East 65th Street is known as Colony House and it has a prime Upper East Side location that is convenient to many fashionable boutiques and restaurants.
It is named after the famous Colony Restaurant that was formerly on the site in an apartment building and which was one of the city's most elegant dining "establishments."
The 17-story building was erected in 1962 and is a cooperative with 65 units.
Bottom Line
This pleasant, post-war, white-brick apartment building has a very prime Upper East Side location with ample apartments that are convenient to good transportation and many fashion boutiques.

The building has a few setbacks near its top that provide some terraces.
It has a canopied entrance, sidewalk landscaping, some corner windows and discrete air-conditioners.
