"This attractive, gray-brick building has a prime Upper East Side location across from the street from Hermes's sprightly boutique topped with a chevalier astride his rooftop steed. The 16-story building was building in 1958 and is a cooperative with 103 units.

This neighborhood has numerous restaurants, and many chic boutiques, especially of crystal. It is, of course, only one block from Central Park, a block away from Barney's, and a short walk to the Plaza Office District. Subway stations are a few blocks away and there is cross-town bus service on 65th Street and 57th Street. There is considerable traffic and supermarkets are not nearby."
