Upon entering the apartment from a semi-private vestibule, one enters a beautifully proportioned gallery which leads to all of the main entertaining spaces which have fine Parquet de Versailles wood flooring.

The south facing living room is 29’ in length and has a Louis XIV mantle surrounding a wood-burning fire place. The tabor wood paneled Library can be accessed by the gallery or through the living room and also faces south. A hand painted canvas mural adorns the walls of the gracious formal dining. Off the dining room is a custom wine bar with Polished Bardiglio Imperiale countertops and a Pyrite backsplash, a full-size Subzero wine refrigerator and Miele ice maker.

The incredibly spacious chef’s kitchen uses some of the finest and durable materials such as Super White Quartzite countertops and backsplash, custom Walnut butcher block island, two generous Super White Quartzite sinks and cork floors. The state-of-the-art appliances include a Lacanche stove from France, double Sub-zero refrigerators with four freezer drawers and double Miele dishwashers.
